Terence Wright Associates uses industry best practice in implementing Business Continuity Solutions. Our BCP Methodology is based on the Business Continuity Institute's principles and professional practices. The methodology, whilst offering a complete Business Continuity Planning service, can be split into modules, the selection of which will be governed by the client's specific requirements.

Sales Methodology

Phase 1: Understand and analyse the business in order develop an appropriate Recovery Strategy. Establish attitude towards BCP and status of plans currently in place. Qualify key motivators and objectives in developing a BCP with a view to defining a solution.

Phase 2: Develop the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) based upon the Recovery Strategy determined in phase 1. Demonstrate proposed software tool that has been recommended to underpin the Terence Wright Associates solution. Formulate specific proposal based on further qualification session in phase 2 and submit to client.

Phase 3: Develop processes to ensure the BCP remains current and workable.

This "three phase" approach enables Terence Wright Associates to develop an effective and practical BCP in the quickest possible timeframe.
