You could complete your own survey and prepare your management plan, alternatively you may want one of the following:-

 

 

Management Survey – Standard Sampling, Identification & Assessment

A management survey is used for determining the location, quantity and type of asbestos you may come across in the premises.

This is an intrusive survey whereby the surveyor will take a number of small samples, for later analysis at a laboratory and will produce a full report about the results. Working with the client, the surveyor will also assist in the completion of a Risk Assessment which highlights any areas of concern.

This type of survey is most common and is not recommended for untrained personnel.

 

Full Access Survey (pre-demolition or major refurbishments)

A full destructive survey only required before demolition or major refurbishment works.  This may be used to form the basis of a tender for the removal of Asbestos Containing Materials.
