Terence Wright Asbestos are part of an independent nationwide group of consultants with offices in London, Cheshire and Devon.
We carry out all types of asbestos surveys in accordance with the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations (CAWR) 2006 and are all P402 qualified in accordance with MDHS100 and the BOHS. We are also an accredited partner with the HSE for asbestos control.
Because we do not carry out removals, we would never recommend unnecessary and expensive work. This means that you can manage the risks effectively without paying for removal that is not needed.
When identifying asbestos, the rule is that of assumption - unless you can prove materials do not contain asbestos then you HAVE to assume it does, and therefore treat it as though it does. This can lead to expensive testing and surveying and hence the need to assess the situation first with a materials risk analysis and an understanding of the location/condition.
